Who we are
Road & Race Motorcycles Ltd, an independent motorcycle workshop in the UK (est. 2017). You can contact us about anything in this policy at roadracemotorcycles@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you use our booking or contact forms we collect what you type in: your name, contact details (phone and/or email), details about your bike, and the message or work description you send us.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange or carry out work on your bike.
- To contact you about a booking — confirmations, questions and updates.
- To keep basic records of work done, as any workshop must.
We don’t send marketing emails, and we don’t sell or share your details with third parties for their marketing.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to our workshop inbox by an email delivery provider and stored in our email account. This website is hosted on Vercel, which may process standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to serve and secure the site.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and booking correspondence are kept for as long as they are useful for the work and our records, then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email roadracemotorcycles@gmail.comand we’ll sort it.
