Yes — that's how every repair starts. We assess the bike, tell you what it needs and what it'll cost, and you decide from there.
My bike won't start / won't run right. Can you find the fault?
That's the job. We fault-find methodically — wiring, fuelling, sensors, the lot — and fix the cause rather than throwing parts at the symptom.
Is it worth repairing after a crash?
Sometimes yes, sometimes honestly no. We'll assess it straight and tell you which — and if it is worth doing, we rebuild it to ride right, not just to look right in photos.
Do you use new or used parts?
Whichever genuinely suits the job and your budget — agreed with you up front. Through our sister parts business we have good access to tested used parts when they're the smart call.
